Contact form.Your name, email address, and, if you give them, your phone number, company and message. We use them only to answer your enquiry. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, or taking steps toward a contract you've asked about.
Emails you send us. The same applies to anything you send directly to one of our addresses.
Whitepaper downloads.Downloads are direct. We don't ask for, or collect, any details.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider keeps short technical server logs, including IP addresses, to run the site and keep it secure.
DigitalOcean (hosting, EU), Cloudflare (network protection), Inleed (sending the form email, Sweden) and Google Workspace (our email). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for marketing.
We delete enquiries 12 months after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a customer relationship. In that case, the data becomes part of that relationship.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to privacy@wergonic.com. We answer within one month.
If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
